Gilbert is a small boutique shop based out of Columbus, Ohio offering handmade jewelry and a curated collection of clothing, accessories, and home goods from independent brands. The owners, Kaleigh and Claire, tasked me with developing a unique visual identity to reflect the boutique’s eclectic offerings and capture the effervescent personality of the brand as a whole.
The wordmark is designed to capture the playful and eclectic spirit of this small boutique.
The color palette for Gilbert is intentionally flexible, adapting to the seasons and the shop’s ever-changing inventory. By using versatile hues that can shift with trends, it keeps the brand feeling fresh.
